  • Our instructor will ensure you leave feeling confident to come again, comfortable with the equipment and supported throughout the class.

    We suggest you wear something you can move and stretch in - remember your grip socks

    You’ll be in a small group of 6 reformers for a 50‑minute class, your instructor will begin by explaining the reformer to you clearly, as well as offering cues throughout the class

    Expect an elegant, supportive and welcoming space

    Our FOUNDATION class is a beginner friendly session which is a great place to start as it is focused on building confidence and strong foundations
